    The Blond Bot is a trade name of BENN Holding. We are responsible for the processing of personal data through our website theblondbot.com and associated products.

    • Contact form: name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.
    • Financial Coach purchase: name, email address, and payment details (processed by Stripe).

    3. Purpose of Processing

    • Responding to your contact requests
    • Delivering purchased digital products
    • Sending relevant communication about your purchase

    4. Legal Basis

    We process your personal data based on:

    • Consent: when you submit the contact form.
    • Performance of a contract: when you purchase a product.
    • Legitimate interest: for improving our services.

    5. Retention Period

    We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary. Contact form data is stored for a maximum of 12 months. Purchase data is retained in accordance with legal obligations (7 years for financial records).

    6. Third-Party Sharing

    • Email provider: for sending messages.
